Nipples

Sometimes when I touch my nipples it almost feels like little electric shocks going through them. Then sometimes when I touch them, there's not much sensation at all. Can anyone explain why this is?

Play with them more while arroused, the brain will link nipple sensations with sexual pleasure and you will get more of the electrical shock to the groin
