EB - October's music playlist
Or should I say...Spooktober? XD
Yeah uhm. No. No I won't go there, that joke is dated and horrible...which is quite convenient for Spooktober.
Once again. I'm sorry for that stupid joke.
Alright.
I'm done with it.
Anyway, this won't be a Halloween special playlist. It will just be the usual thing I do every month or so. And of course, as usual...don't even ask...my picks are going to be weird or at least the songs will be very different from each other. Let's get right to it.
01- Misfits β Helena
Didn't I say it was going to be a non-Halloween related list? Welp...too late now!

02- Dog Police β Dog Police
Yeah...sooo...yeah I don't even know there.

03- Robert Gordon β Run For Your Life
Alright everybody, who knows Robert Gordon? Besides my mom. Nobody?
Anyway, this is a pretty cool Beatles' cover.

04- Gary Numan β Music For Chameleons
Mr. Numan here is one of my favorite singers/musicians ever. He's pretty much like Trent Reznor before NIN was even created. This is a very cool tune, kinda funky and jazzy.

05- Rush β Time Stand Still
Did I ever tell you how much I love Rush?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMSFqXGZ5TQ
06- Faith No More β Cone Of Shame
FNM are still rockin' hard to this day.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Z0k5yiCmFs
07- Giraffe Tongue Orchestra β blood Moon
I've been listening to this one quite often since the release. It's fuckin' great!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EtJbgV3pGkI
08- Ghost β Square Hammer
BEST BAND EVER!!!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OyYA8FlfBd0
09- Megadeth β Conquer Or D1E
A lot better than the two new songs Metallica released a few weeks ago.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQ_-tUKT-nY
10- Tin Machine β Under The God
Definitely not the best Bowie song, nor his best era but damn this rocks!

I have to say I'm a big of Rush and an even bigger fan of that era. The synths and Pop sounds really worked well with them. And both Hold Your Fire and Power Windows are criminally underrated.
The same goes for Numan, I'm a big fan of his more Pop/Jazzy era. Which is usually not as much loved as his Telekon or Pleasure Principle era.
I'm more of a fan of Glenn Danzig as the singer of the Misfits but the albums Famous Monsters is fuckin' great.
Time Stand Still is such a beautiful song. Hold Your Fire is underrated even among Rush fans (and I'm delighted to hear you're one - I saw them in Glasgow in 2006 and 2013 on what will now be their final Scottish show) but this is a superb track.
Music For Chameleons is from a period of Numan's music I've always liked. Love that dark funk sound
And the Misfits?! Fuck yeah!
Also, thanks to you I've finally heard Robert Gordon for the first time after reading about him often. Great list.
