Upcumming weekend.
I went to visit a gay friend of mine the other night after work. We have known each other for well over 20 yrs but he has only been 'out' for around 6 or so. I have never had a problem with the gay community or any concept of the gay community, in fact I think it's wonderful. The species needs some opening up of how complex and free we need to be in order to evolve our minds. Sexuality, in my mind, was never a black or white, male or female, straight forward kind of thing.
I myself often get aroused at the sight of a naked man, not that much differently as I do to the sight of a naked or beautiful woman. About being ocassionally turned on by men, well, that is something I have never discussed with people I know (certainly with guys on particular web sites but that allows a safe zone of anonymity). That is where my long time friend comes into this story.
I enjoy listening about his....shall we say, gay exploits. Not on a sexual level but more out of curiosity (no pun intended). He was telling me about his new life ( he recently moved to a town in the northern New South Wales region). There seems to quite a rich gay community there, both m & f. I must say that his amorous tales this time were a little more than intriguing. This is when I began to tell him of MY occasional leanings. We talked for quite some time about this topic as well as about sex and sexuality in general. Amazing how life experience can affect ones choice of discussion topic.
He suggested I come visit soon...stay for the weekend and frequent a nearby nudist beach. The way he described it it is quite the 'free' destination for those who want to bathe and sun bake nude ( part of our discussion centred around my love of nudity...how seeing or being around naked people is a great turn on for me)It seems that people are quite accepting of open sexuality...a bit of a gay pick up area too.
So this weekend I am going down to stay and we (a reasonable group of gay men and women also) will hit that beach Saturday and chill out and enjoy just being naked. If I meet a trusting guy/girl/couple then who knows what will happen. I will write of it next week and share the tale of my experience.
