My girl friend does not mind at all...with or without.
Among the reasons cited to wear a panty is too cold outside , a day or 2 before the starts of monthly
menses. Or when having to travel for long distance.
Other than for those reasons, she goes 'sans culotte", i believe that it is the French word for
