Some people publish new pix. How do they do ?

They don't allow them because there are just too many uploads for their censors to deal with. They are new owners, find that they have limited control, so won't take the risk of something inappropriate getting on the site. Uploading of pics is therefore stopped it completely, for the moment anyway.Â
