You can, two ways. Find a competent cutter or do it yourself. Not remove them completely. But like I did, strangle them until they get so numb you can squeeze them or stick a large needle in them and it dosen't hurt. Do it over and over giving them time to heal, but there will be permanent damage. Eventually they atrophy and shrivel up and become just lumps of numb tissue inside your sack. Don't overdo the banding times, no matter how horny you get, and you will. Or. they will develop gangrene and you will be PAINFULLY rid of them.
