Hi, got your pm. You are not bothering me & I hope I can help. This kinda thing happens to a few people from what I've seen(I'll say 5-10% MAX) on here. The only thing I can think of, how this is happening is; you can retire & come back here as often as you like(I've seen people retire & return 50 times in 1 day, no joke) & your profile remains the same, unchanged. And since he/she/they blocked you, they can un block you, send you whatever they do, block you & retire, wait around, then come back & do the same. My advice on that- simply delete the messages(but screen shot those bad boys just in case), contact the admins(which you have already done) and keep moving- don't let the asshats get to you. Since this is pretty much a free site, it's probably some youngin who is not suppose to be here with a wild hair up his ass.
