to rickscoat : Looks like there certainly will be another . They will probably bump off the Dowager in the next one. In real time she would be about 120years old. What a role. And what an actress. Though I believe they like to be called actors these days. Dame Maggie is one of our finest.

I went to London a few days after the premiere to see the movie. It certainly lived up to all of my expectations. Excellent!

I also watched every series of Downton Abbey and decided about four years ago to visit Highclear Castle. Wow!! No disappointment there. The place is amazing. Access to all rooms used in the series was permitted. It was mind blowing.

Saw the Downton Abbey movie today and loved it! I watched all the seasons and I really enjoyed the movie today. What a lavish production.
