Bathroom stall

Soo I had to use the restroom at a Home Depot one evening while shopping and I’m the only person in there. Then I hear someone else come in and use the urinal, wash up and it seemed like they went into the handicapped stall and what it sounded like he was jerking his meat, that distinct back and forth motion sound. I was a little surprised and curious if he was actually jerking it. Has anyone else encountered that and how did you feel?

to charliebucketisback : If I didn’t have someone waiting on me outside the bathroom I think would have peaked, cause it definitely peak my interest

I have on occasion jerked off in a stall at my work place but have not at a public restroom. I have not encountered another in a public bathroom jerking but if and when I do, I might find that be something irresistible to catch a peak at!
