I'd say my guesses are no more than 1/4" off in either direction.
so, how big or small were the cocks that I've sucked?

I have sucked off 8 Asian guys whose cocks averaged 4.13"
I have sucked off 22 white guys whose cocks averaged 6.19"
I have sucked off 4 Latino guys whose cocks have averaged 6.25"
I have sucked off 4 black guys whose cocks have averaged 6.88"

so it seems that in the cocks that I have been fortunate enough to suck, the stereotypes are true.
the biggest Asian cock i sucked was 5.5" long.
the biggest Latino cock i sucked was 7.5" long.
the biggest White cock i sucked was 8" long.
the biggest Black cock i sucked was 8" long.
white guys had the biggest variance with some being very small and others being huge.

You'd probably need a survey of thousands of cocks to get really accurate and I've only sucked maybe 150, most of which were white. Maybe about 15-20 blacks, 8 or 9 Latins and only a couple of Asians. And all but a few more than once, some, dozens and dozens of times (totally love being a guy's regular cocksucker!). But anecdotally, I'd agree with your assessment that blacks, cock in and cock out, overall are the largest. However, the largest I ever personally sucked was a white guy and the smallest, an overweight black guy. My experienced has been Black and Latino guys on average have big dicks with median being about 7 inches. Half have smaller, half have larger. At first I was surprised when I met up with a Black or Latino who said their dick was average, I would be surprised to find they had a 7 or 8 inch dick. Then I came to realize that an 7 and 8 inch dick was just an average dick for Black and Latino Guys. I stopped sucking white cocks a long time ago, so my experience is limited. Asian guys generally have smaller dicks but I have sucked an 8 inch Japanese guy and a 7 inch Chinese guy. Pleasant surprises but not common. Biggest Black Dick has been 10 inches with the vast majority 7, 8 and 9 Inches, Latino guys the majority have been 6.5, 7 and 8 inch dicks. I found that a lot of blacks with small dicks have been over weight and some having 1-2 inch dicks. Probably true for whites guys too, but I can't really comment. Some Big Guys have had Big Dicks too. Most of the Asian guys have had 4 and 5 inch Dicks, and a 6 inch dick would be big. When I read that the average dick is 5 inches long I figure the sample size had to include mostly white and Asian guys and not many Black and Latino guys. More guys should report their field finds here.
