"hubbycooze" account status

I was very upset back in the summer of 2018 when I originally wrote this post.
I have calmed down a lot since then, but the same kind of forced deletions are occurring and it is often initiated by people acting like well-meaning XH members.(But they are Narcs of some kind!) When people start commenting asking who a star is/where can I find more of her/who makes those videos, questions about ownership violations etc. DON'T ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS Remember who those users are. Consider blocking them. Perhaps change your VIDEO privacy settings to friends only for a while! On at least 4 occasions, right after those kind of comments appeared, my videos were deleted. One of them occurred around Nov 1, 2020

HERE IS WHY I RESTRICTED some videos on THE HUBBYCOOZE PAGE TO FRIENDS ONLY: I received the BELOW e-mail from XHAMSTER:

From: "xHamster" <[email protected]>
Dear User,
Your uploader account on the website (hubbycooze) has been terminated on the basis that you have been deemed a repeat infringer of c*pyr*ghts pursuant to our repeat infringer policy, which you can find as part of the Terms of Use for the website. Your ability to upload content onto the website is hereby terminated and you are not permitted to create a new account. If you believe that your upload account was terminated as a result of an error, you may consider filing a counter notification to any c*pyr*ght notices we received for content that you have uploaded. "
Just recently, I have regained the privilege to upload posts and pictures ONLY.
Perhaps the same people who spitefully "down-thumb" my videos, spitefully reported or repeatedly flagged several of my videos to XHamster for infringement. The majority of content on xhamster is not published by the producers. There would be about 75% less videos on xhamster if this was strictly enforced.
I know from experience that xhamster often will take a video or gallery down without vetting or verifying the complainer.
Perhaps all it takes is one or several crazy, vengeful, complainers to take down a video, get your upload privileges taken away or account completely terminated.
Maybe xhamster did this on their own without input from complainers, but why now after 3 months and over 30 similar videos? And they take almost a week to publish the videos (at the time this was written) ; If they have issue with the videos, why did they publish them in the first place? I think some of my videos were flagged frequently and maliciously.
I am still subject to downthumbers, flaggers, malicious reports to xhamster and pay site spammers AND I DO NOT TRUST STRANGERS TO VIEW MY VIDEOS RESPONSIBLY.
