Hair color change

I've had laser hair removal treatments for several times , which I enjoyed, and love the look of being hair free. After the series of treatments I was smooth and hairless on my pubic mound ,penis shaft, scrotum, perineum, anus area lips and my inner but cheeks and my arm pits It stayed that way for 2 years ,I let it all grow in, nothing grew back on my arm pits and my inner butt cheeks and anus lips, but surprisingly , all the hair on my mound, shaft and scrotum came in pure blonde , fine and wispy, I love the look and feel .
