My Tips For GREAT Anal Sex!
I am a bisexual male and I LOVE anal sex! I love fucking a woman up her ass, but not another man though. A man's ass just doesn't turn me on like a woman's ass does. I do however LOVE getting my ass fucked! I prefer taking a real cock but do enjoy a woman pegging me with a strap-on too. I also enjoy solo action by myself taking anal with dildos and other butt toys. I've got a lot of experience with anal sex and have decided to share my personal tips on how to have GREAT anal sex. Doesn't matter if you like to fuck ass, get your ass fucked, or both - this post is for you!
1 - BE SAFE!!
protect yourself! I know condoms suck but they are a MUST for anal sex. Especially within the gay community. Way too risky to go bare. Testing is definitely a must if you want to go bare and with somebody you know and trust completely.
2 - Be clean
Remember what normally comes from this area of the body. It's NOT what you want happening during anal sex! It's quite the turn off (for most. some people enjoy that....). The top will be disgusted and the bottom will be mortified (it's extremely embarrassing for the bottom). It will stop the fun in it's tracks - possibly for the rest of the night. So take precautions in the beginning and evacuate your bowels before anal sex. An easy way is an enema. You don't need the stuff that comes in the bottle though, just plain warm tap water works just the same. Just follow the instructions that comes with the enema and use plenty of lube. It's good to use it a couple of times till only liquid comes back out. Always wait at least 30 minutes after using an enema before attempting any anal play because sometimes not all the liquid comes back out right away and you don't want it coming out during anal sex. Make sure it's all out first.
3 - Use the right lube
water based is the best lube for use with condoms and using a silicon based lube can damage the condom. KY Jelly does work and is water based but tends to wear thin and get sticky pretty fast. It is the cheapest of lubes and widely available in any d**g store or your local Walmart or similar store. You are better off visiting your local adult book store for a good lube, but you are gonna pay a good price for it too. There is a lube named JO that works quite well, and comes in a flavored variety with many flavors to choose from too. It's good lube, but is pretty runny and tends to be messy. It does last longer than KY does though. The best lube I have found so far and is what I use is Wicked Jelle. It's not cheap either. It is pretty thick so it tends to stay put where you put it at. It also lasts a good long time too. All 3 I just mentioned being water based are easy to clean off your body with just a bit of soap and water and won't permanently stain your bedding or clothing. I DO NOT recommend using hand lotions! There are TONS of chemicals in these and are NOT meant to enter into the body other than into the skin! Also some of these chemicals can damage the condom as well. That and they just plain suck as a lube anyways.
... oh and while on the subject of lube - this tip is for TOPS:
put a drop or two of lube in the inside of the reservoir tip of the condom when you put it on. It'll make the tip of the condom slide around on the head of your cock while you thrust and give you added sensation. I recommend KY Warming for this the most, although test it 1st as some guys are more sensitive to the warming than others. DO NOT use KY Warming to lube the bottom's anus or the outside of the condom at all! The anus is way too sensitive for the warming stuff and burns a lot! Been there done that! lol!
4 - RELAX!
You MUST relax when it comes to anal sex. This is more so for the bottom than the top. You have be relaxed and not tense up when penetration is taking place. You have two anal sphincter muscles - one that you can control and one that is involuntary. The outer sphincter is the one you can control and the one you need to relax. This is the same one you use to say - hold in a fart - and you can damage this muscle if you are not relaxed and penetration can be quite uncomfortable. So relax and let penetration take place!
5 - Be Patient!
For both the bottom and the top, patience is key. Don't just "go for it!" and just stick it in! Especially if you are just starting out exploring anal sex. You will definitely experience discomfort here if you don't be patient! That goes for BOTH participants! The sphincter is a muscle just like any other muscle in the body and it needs to be properly stretched and warmed up for anal sex. Start with a smaller object like your finger 1st before your cock. Enter slowly and gently. Don't force it. For the bottom, just keep relaxed and allow the penetration to happen. The inner sphincter (the involuntary one) will relax and widen just like it does when you are having a movement. Just let it happen slowly and gradually. Once you both feel ready, then try the cock and push firm but gently. If it's not going right away, back off a bit and try again. Don't force it to go in, Wait until you feel the sphincter giving way and accepting you in. Once inside, take a break for a bit. Don't move for a minute or two if need be for the bottom to adjust and be comfortable with being filled. It's normal for the bottom to feel like they need to have a movement when penetration is achieved. This is just the body's natural response and just needs a bit of time to overcome is all. You can begin to move slowly as the bottom is more comfortable until you both find a pace you both enjoy. As you gain more experience with anal sex, warmup time will be drastically reduced as the bottom becomes adjusted and comfortable much sooner than a beginner.
6 - Communicate with each other
Talk to each other during anal sex. Make sure you are both enjoying it and there are no complications. As you both become more experienced with having anal sex with each other then there will be less of a need for communication but it's always a must. If something is wrong, speak up. It's helpful to talk to one another before exploring anal sex too and discussing and fears and concerns you may have.
thanks all there really is to it! Anal sex is not that complicated or hard to achieve. It just takes some patience and practice! If you do it properly, it should be enjoyable for both with very little to no discomfort for either participants. Rushing anal sex or using incorrect methods can be quite uncomfortable for both and can do physical harm to both as well.
