    H have seriously considering it and still do , and more about bilateral orchiectomy my only concern is about what happens to the sexual desire after the surgery as I am only passive bottom and only function as lesbian or bottom with a girl even now , but what would happen after do I still have desire for sex as bottom or I would have non desire for sex at all !!?
