Why no names?

Why? …….. Because of Algorithms.

ie: The moment the "Target" (Name of Pornstar) is posted, the "Software" (xHamster) spits it out and removes the video.

Many Pornstars do not want their content on Free porn sites.

Either because they have their own website, or for copyright issues, But mostly because they want you to pay.
XHamster has made deals with Pornstars , Studios and Producers to delete/remove any content of theirs
PICTURES & VIDEOS

When you post their names in the comments, the algorithm is going to find it and remove the video.

And , Also XHamster will send warnings to the uploader. After 3 warnings the user gets blocked and the account gets closed or deleted.

Just PM (private Message) the uploader or someone who might know.

Some users seem to get a thrill by posting names in comments, as if it were a popularity contest.

It isn't. It only results in video deletion and could get the user blocked from uploading future videos, as I did.

Why would you want a great video deleted or a user blocked from uploading great content ?

So PLEASE, don't post names!

What you can do is leave a POSITIVE comment and a big THUMBS UP …

yes this is true not just for pornstar names, but this is how the great purge of content in xhamster was done some time back. they used "keywords" to remove videos that they felt were not acceptable. for example if you search "candid" in xhamster, you will not find a single video now because all videos titled or having keywords "candid" have been purged . there were 1000s of such videos before the purge. but the funny thing is there are still candid videos in xhamster. those videos have been left out because their uploaders were either lazy enough or clever enough to avoid "hot keywords". so next time you upload a video stick to generic keywords like "busty","milf", "ebony" etc which are too widespread to be filtered out reasonably. As far as mentioning the names of pornstars in comments, it is a bit more complicated as sometimes users take guesses on the names of the pornstars. so you will find many different names under comments. so far xhamster has not gotten to that level of purging , atleast not yet.

Thanks!! I wasn't aware! If I want to post names in future, I'll follow "anal-intruder's" advice below: "You can post name masked in words. Software can't discover name like al1c3 for alice"

You are correct. I only ask in pm if I am curious about a name because it is the respectful to the person who took the time to share here. I wish more people these days would read profiles and show some respect, common courtesy, and importantly start using some common sense.
