Can anyone photoshop?

Is there anybody out there who knows how to photoshop and wouldn't mind doing one (or more, if you really want to) for me? I found a pic of a girl who looks a lot like me



and I'd like to have her face photoshopped onto someone showing a little more, what should I say? Bod? I have no idea who this girl is, but if anyone knows or has more pictures of her, please let me know. It'd be great to have a whole gallery of her in sexy poses.
