About ball stretching

Why do I like ball stretching? There are plenty of reasons, like sensation, pain, experimenting... but I think there's something more to it. I think there is a bit of a ritualistic element to it. First, I take a long shower during which I shave my pubic hair clean. During the shower, my testicles skin will loosen up and the balls will hang freely. I will usually add some non-greasy moisturizer. Next, I like to tie them just tight enough. I'm using a soft rope, about .5cm in diameter, making multiple loops above and below, each time tying a tight, close knot before wrapping it around, making sure no skin got caught in it.

I then take about 4kg weight, switch on my favourite BDSM video on, spread my legs apart, put my hands on my head and rock it back and forth and around for the duration of the video [10-15 mins].

I will then make a half hour break, remove the rope, add more moisturizer and leave the balls to rest. After that, I'll repeat the process with another video, again 10-15 mins.

I discovered that this shows great results. You can get about 1-2mm on each exercise.

Now, this is the important part, after stretching, the skin swells, and will stay thick for a couple of days. After that, for the next 2-3 days, you'll notice extra skin [and space] around your balls. So, repeating this process every 7-10 days will drive great results.

If you feel that the weight is not enough, try adding more in .5kg increments.

For myself I like to sit on a butt plug and add two ir three chain shackles. Then add 4 kg of lead weight. I put on a video and watch it for 15 to 20 minutes and let the weights do their thing will I get really horny. Then take the weights off but leave my shackles on and masturbate. My orgasm is very strong I like to leave the shackles on for a few hours to keep the stretch on.
