I am sure it is our Internal Bio Rhythm .. I have days I can not concentrate on work.. I have talked to many women who feel the same way.. Not uncommon it SEEMS.. Just hard to discuss

There's an internal instinct in many people to procreate. I too could spend many hours even a whole day thinking about women. It's been coded in your DNA for you to want sex, unless the code was written or read incorrectly. How you were raised, or how you choose to act can push down those internal desires, but for the most part, they do exist in most people who haven't put mental barriers (sometimes, subconsciously) whether they want them their or not. Interestingly, I've noticed that girls who have been raped when they were younger, often get over their fear of sex simply because they are overcome by that urge. Simply because - Sex feels great, and its good for your health, and you get to satisfy your inner, unavoidable urges.
