HUGE Favorites Collections: Does Size Matter?

Holy moley, Rocky! I feel so inadequate with a faves collection of stuff I really think is fapworthy that is only a slender 9 pages long. A mere 360 odd clips. Yes, I've only been here a couple of months, but so few faves suggests that I am porn-challenged compared to those worthies with 500+ pages of faves. I feel like a 97 lb. weakling on a Baltic Sea beach crawling with Nordic Aryan Supermen.

Of course, I like to think that others with similar tastes to mine would rather peruse a dozen or so pages of clips in order to quickly find a gem or golden nugget to sate their immediate urge to rub one out, rather than wade through hundreds of pages of who-the-fuck-knows-what.

Some people either surf porn 24-7 or favorite every-single-clip-they've-ever-watched-bar-none!

Personally, I have NO DESIRE to mine for good porn in a favorites list that exceeds the volume of your average Library of Congress. I don't care if the best-clip-of-all-time can be found in it, if it's hidden amongst page after endless page of dreck I wouldn't fap to with your dick.

The first step in solving a problem is admitting I have one! Since I posted this my own faves list has grown by a page or three. And I KNOW I've got multiple copies of the same vids by more than one uploader. Insurance against deletions... xD

ha ! I'm guilty.....I end up re-faving old favorites, just to bring them back up to the front of my list....a lot are just filler for days when I make random picks just for fun....and there are just so many HJ and JOI clips that it becomes some- what an obsession .....your stuff is only adding to my problem...Ha! and thanks!

to bubby77 : I have gone through several members' lists that were in the neighborhoods of 40-80 pages, but not recently. When I see faves lists numbering in the hundreds of pages my mind just goes blank. I'll look at their first and last pages and if they seem to be similarly themed and I don't like what I find I assume the other 398 pages are just more of the same.

i'm guilty of this. ive been on here for a few years so it builds up a bit because of that. sometimes if i'm away from home and on my phone and don't have good signal/wifi i'll just throw some clips in my favs to watch later and forget to delete them. i do clean them out once in awhile so i can reduce my fav to 20-25 pages max but even then that's a bit much.

to someyahoo : That how I feel. What's the point of calling them "favorites" if you're just going to add most every vid you watch or just vaguely like? Even at my relatively low current page count of 10 I'm sure I could pare it down quite a bit and not at all miss what I've excluded.

I try to fav only the truly outstanding clips and with a good mixture of varying content. I wouldn't worry so much about the size of your list but the quality of your list. If you favorite every clip you see that looks interesting that wont do anyone any favors in my opinion. You want your list to be the best of the best. So just keep the quality high and don't worry about the 'length' of your list.

to JoeyB : Thanks for your comment, Joey. Another good reason to keep the faves list manageable IMO is so that the removed clips can be quickly cleared out. I hate seeing those unsightly icons cluttering up the place. I go through my faves every couple of days to remove them and wouldn't like having to spend 48 hours policing a favorites list a mile long.

agree fully man. im almost 7 years in on this site and have kept a policy of no more than 90 fav clips. just my personal preference. 90 used to be 3 full pages before they changes the format. I try to just keep "out of the ordinary" clips that start my launch sequence but on any given day I have vids in there that are pretty ordinary. the girl just struck me that day and I will delete her after one cumshot and move on to another. but that being said I do have kept a few that I haven't seen a lot like. anyways .. thanxx for being a great hamster citizen.
