After many years...finally...
...Wednesday night, I started hormones. 4mg of estrofem and 100mg of Spiro.
I've thought about it for years. Last night, my TS GF was unpacking her latest order. She said something like, "If you do ever take these...no more than 4 of these and 2 of these". Something clicked in my head. I took the shipping box from her and took out a bottle of spiro and disc of estrofem.
I just looked at them for a long time. GF had to show me how to work the estrofem package. I held the pills in my hand as I nervously smoked my sissy cigarettes. Finally, between deep drags, I put the estrofem under my tongue as instructed. I took the spiro a few minutes later.
Of course, it will take time to notice any changes, but I've finally started.
