Evey session should begin with general stretching of the back in each direction. You'll want to start out gently, then gradually get a bit more insistent about how far to bend forward. It helps to suck in one's stomach and exhale as much as possible before bending forward. Grab your legs and pull your hips toward your face. Get your mouth as close as you can to your dick and hold that position for a while, then relax. Do it again, but try to get a little closer this time. Hold that position for as long as you can comfortably do so, then relax and do it again. You will gradually get closer and closer. Expect it to take at least a couple of sessions a week for a while.
I like to hook my left arm under my legs to hold myself in position, leaving my right hand free to stroke my cock while I suck it.
