For the tits I would go for b or c, tiny hormone tits are probably the best for me.

b) I hate fake tits on anybody, and if part of the fantasy of a t-girl is (sort of) being with a woman while you're genetically actually being with a man, then fake tits seem to detract from that.

What a coincidence - happened to answer both questions in my pm to you, and the cock question on one of your other blogs.
