Sharing the wife when she's ready for a lover
My wife and I found that in order for her to enjoy regular sex with her BF, it would be best for us to entertain him in our home. I'm just sharing this information with you as the way we found happiness can work for many couples.
My wife loves spending the night with her lover at his place, but we were only lucky enough to find one BF for her who was single and had his own place. But going there was like a mini-vacation for my wife with the added benefit of better sex. Her other two long term lovers were married, but could sometimes spend the night.
It helps to own or rent your own single family home, townhouse or condo, but it doesn't matter if your home is in a high end or low end neighborhood. You just need for her BF to be able to enjoy her when she needs him without wasting time and money going to bars, hotels, clubs, etc. If she's home with him and you are in the house, safety issues are minimal. This assumes she has been seeing him long enough to know him, and know she wants to bring him home to your marital bed for regular sex. It also assumes you don't have young ones still living at home. That's a whole 'nother thing and is the reason hotels were invented, I'm sure.
Let it slip to your neighbors that you have a renter. Don't make a big deal of it, - lots of people have renters to help with the mortgage payment - it's a common thing and people won't raise an eyebrow. Your wife's BF doesn't have to live with you at all (although some couples might want him to live with them). Your neighbors just need to think he rents a room in your house. He can spend all night with the wife, nobody knows that he's sleeping in your bed with her. Nobody except the three of you.
Hubby needs to set himself up to sleep and get ready for work in another bedroom if the BF is in bed with the wife. The reason is that while the three of you in bed together is a sexy way to spend the night, nobody gets enough sleep and it's hard for the person in the middle (usually the wife) to get out of the bed for nature calls when the two men are asleep. Also, hubby will be awakened when the wife is having sex with her lover. Besides, you will find that as the wife grows closer to her lover emotionally, she's going to want private time with him without having to worry about pleasing hubby or making him feel bad.
