Bound to the Abyss

The lone refuge for my wounded heart :
Lay in the darkened depths of my abyss ;
From which you drew me , only to watch me descend ,
Falling further into fathomless despair .

Fragments of my soul are stripped away ,
By the searing blades of shadows alive ,
Yet , bound to this torment , I remain—
Consumed , entranced , forever addicted .
