Thumbs Up / Likes request

Guys! Any of you who are interested in getting my videos more widely viewed and hence getting me posting more, could you go on a "thumbs up" campaign on my videos? This gets them into more "suggested" lists and gets them viewed more. The more views I get, the more motivated I get!
