Extra penis shaft skin

I have a lot of thick fleshy shaft skin, I am circumcised, but I'm blessed with the next best thing from a real foreskin, my shaft skin hangs down to almost cover my glans, I insert rings and washers that are heavy so as to stretch it even more and weight it down, looks so good alot of my scrotal skin is also thick and fleshy, I have scrotal webbing ,which is where my scrotum skin starts just below my glans, looks and feels great there's so much of it, its like having what would be like a women long thick labia
