There are different aspects to male circumcision, as well positive as negative ones. Fo the record, I have never been circumcised, and don't want this to happen to me.
Recently I had the opportunity to see a circumcised penis from a young man. The guy clearly had questions. Having thought about the subject since some time, I came to the following conclusions:
Advantages:
- Much less prone to infections of all kind, which is not to be underestimated
- The penis' head becomes less sensitive, which may help in not cumming too quickly, and thus may please the lady during intercourse
- Easier hygiene
Disadvantages:
- Loss of the male natural lubrification
- Loss of the natural protection and sensitivity (as well negative as positive, depending on the circumstances)
- Often need to apply lubrification, for instance to masturbate
- Whatever the religious or philosophical reasons, a mutilation it is
- Circumcision being done at very young age, it's not granted later in life the adult would be happy with this having been done without his consent
Mind that if the male circumcision can be discussed, the female one remains forever a shameful torture with only disadvantages to say the least. Only idiots want girls to be excised. A circumcised guy can still have normal intercourse, while an excised girl can never ever have real sexual pleasure.
