Site verification

So what is the point of having a verification process on this site when it keeps getting declined? Done it twice now and keeps getting declined I uploaded my driver's licence and biometric picture I can not change my license or my face so what do they expect us to do? This site has really gone down the pan I don't know why I bothered coming back on it if you cannot upload pictures or videos and all my original pictures are on there for me to see but nobody else can view them what a waste of space this site is ! At least I still have my fetlife account and no problems uploading to that. Time to leave here again.
