I think Robyn Ochs definition of bisexuality sums it up perfectly:
“I call myself bisexual because I acknowledge that I have in myself the potential to be attracted–romantically and/or sexually–to people of more than one gender, not necessarily at the same time, in the same way, or to the same degree.”

What a wonderful way to describe the beauty of bisexuality. It’s not a phase or a half-way house, I don’t need to pick a side, I’m already a full blown bisexual - I love both men and women. And I am heartened to see that the Bi-army is growing, not only on Xhamster but in the real word as well. I’m now seeing so many who are defining themselves as Bisexuals. I realise it’s harder for bi men to live openly and maybe that’s why it’s harder for some of them to fully invest in same-sex relationships. But I also know that many prefer relationships with women and some prefer relationships with men and I believe that’s the beauty of bisexuality. Go with the flow 😊

I felt much more comfortable sexually once I realized and accepted that I'm bisexual. One thing I have noticed is that while I've had a few long term romantic relationships with women, and still have crushes on them, I have yet to feel this for a man. No crushes, no romantic feelings yet. I did have one encounter years ago with a man where I thought it might be possible, but it was ultimately a one-time thing. I will welcome the day I do have romantic feelings for a man, in addition to the sexual attraction. I look forward to it, in fact. The thought of having a boyfriend is very exciting to me. I also look forward to exploring the non-binary world and finding out what's to learn and experience there.

to Priquet : What a superb comment. Being bi (including pan folk) allows us to move beyond sexual boundaries - we are the bi surfers, we can ride a different wave each day and still be bisexual. And I think that’s the beauty of our sexuality but it’s hard for people to understand who don’t share our orientation. Someday we won’t have to use labels but at this moment I do feel my bisexuality is my superpower. I also agree that us bi folk need to stick together and I equally feel a kinship with other bisexuals - an unspoken and invisible bond. We understand each other, we don’t need to validate or prove our sexuality to each other, that is a connection worth treasuring and protecting.

I'm in your army and I proudly admit that sometimes I don't know whether I'd rather eat pussy or suck a dick. The only certainty I have is that I will do either in pursuit of excellence. I also think that langue will evolve as people and the culture evolve where that word, "bisexual" is concerned. They don't own the football team and even paid for the jersey, but we own our sexuality -- we should be a million times more "in community." I am a straight person and It fluctuates for me a lot. I would say most of the time i like women, just something about the women and her feminini curves and personality is always attractive.
