Women's Rights - Any woman can have my seed

I feel any woman that wants my seed and asks for it shall have it unconditionally. I mean that sincerely. And I will do it naturally so she gets it direct from my cock .And for whatever days in a row it takes to make pregnant I will seed her until she's pregnant. No woman should have to pay or go through paperwork or get approval. Any woman can have my sperm all they need is ask. I know there are women out there that need c***dren to get social assistance. They want so much to be mothers but funding for 2 or 3 isn't enough so they try to get pregnant another 2 or 3 times knowing that will give them much better gov support. Most are Native women which I know sounds racist but rest assured i for one would not have any problem giving my seed to them. In fact I would love to help out as many as I can ahead of my own race.
