I don't quite get why an anonymous cock or ass in a video (no face or ID to make) has to be named and photo ID'ed by a user. Don't they know a lot of these guys are on the DL or married or with a partner or gf/bf? It makes no sense. A porn site can't be taken to task for a disembodied cock in a video. Show me the Legal precept that says they can!! Ok, let's say one goes to an adult video store and takes a photo or video of sucking a big cock in a gloryhole there, or in a room together (he would know in that case). You don't ask the feeder for his iD, lol. It's the stupidest rule I have ever heard of. I think maybe they're trying to eliminate amateur porn. They must be stakeholders in the pro porn companies, who are losing business. If anyone finds a site without Verification standards for anonymous performers, please clue me in! This has been very frustrating....

Maybe there is a thread of truth to it for liability but I think there is little doubt it’s a great excuse for them to use. Free amateur porn has definitely taken a huge bite out of the commercial porn biz no question, but they don’t want to adapt. Funny how things evolve, but this isn’t going our way at all. No type of commercial porn does it for me in any way whatsoever.

It started when Xtube and the New York Times did an article on what was going on. X tube is a Canadian company, so when the Canadian government started an investigation, the credit card companies stopped their payment services.

And there's a reason for this happening thru out porn sites. There was a 55yrs old bald white man filming his gloryhole on both sides. One of the "regulars" shockingly saw himself, his brother, and some of his friends using the gloryhole at different times and unknowingly being filmed and posted on porn sites without their permission. Hence, the "regular" knew the address and went back to confront him to remove all videos and subscribed channel. By that time, more people downloaded the vids and posted on their channel (problem multiplied), so he sued the porn sites to remove them immediately. It took ONE guy to do a stupid thing and before you know it, it was a "pandemic," just spreading legalities to all porn sites.
