How long should I stay locked?

Hi to anyone reading this article and to all my friends. I have currently found what I think a perfect fitting cage ring for my tiny metal chastity cage and it seems to be able to be worn longer then the previous 2 days at a time. Any input would be great as to how long I should try and wear it now it fits better. It has been on for a total of 3 days now.
