Prostate infection

E.Coli is a bacteria that can reside in the bowels. The only possible explanation is that it permeated the skin of large intestine and thus infected the prostate gland. Perhaps there was a small wound in the skin caused by a dildo? Usually these wounds heal very rapidly.
