I Can't Upload Pics/Galleries

Is anyone else not able to upload new pics or galleries? For at least 2 weeks now, I can't upload pics or create a new galleries. Also, I've been trying to upload some of my candids, but they've gotten deleted.

to taryf : Yeah, looks like XH is messing with us. I've heard from others who are having the same issues.
