The National Gallery in London houses an anonymous work by a North Italian Renaissance master. The painting is called "The Woman in the Window" and dates from around 1510-1530 (oil, wood).
"The Woman in the Window" was bought by the English Museum in 1855 from the Galvagni collection in Venice. Then it was believed that this is "Portrait of the Artist's Daughter" Palma Vecchio.
In 1978 it was decided to restore the painting.
Removing the darkened protective layer of the old varnish, the restorer also removed the later recordings. It turned out that the girl is not brown-haired, but a bright blonde. It cannot be ruled out that this "improvement" was made in a London gallery, or in the Irish period. However, the version that the painting was "refined" for sale, that is, before entering the National Gallery, sounds more plausible

to hinatannnnnn : By "one-sided desire", you mean a sale? Commerce?

I "praise" the left! Because the left work is energy of worth for those who want onesided desire rather than respect. It is their "justice".
