Happy New Year, but...

                                                                                             It appears we have been placed on Pornhub's spammer list. The automated system seems to have picked up some words in our comments that spammers tend to use. We love to comment on videos but don't know which words will trigger the system so this is very unfortunate. We reported the issue to Support but it might take a week for them to handle this. During this time we can't comment on the videos by our dear friends. We wish you all a Happy New Year! Love, Penny

This is awful AND annoying. I was banned as well with no notice and no clarification of why. I rarely ever even comment. It's a shame

The same thing has happened to me a couple of times over the past , but not recently. I never got specifics, but made my case that I only post positive comments, I am not a business and have never asked for anything from anyone on phub, directly or indirectly. Like the two of you, they pulled me off the spammer list so I can both comment and receive replies. Glad the two of you got it straightened out.
