Natural Feminization Guide--for m2f transwomen

Natural Feminization Guide

I take no responsibility for any actions taken as a result of this guide. It is purely theoretical. I am an ivy-league trained creative writer, and have done my best to assemble this guide for the m2f transwoman seeking natural transition options.

I am an early days transwoman who has struggled for years with reconciling my desire to be female with my love and respect for nature. I am opposed to surgery and HRT, because they are inherently unnatural, risky for a number of reasons, and because I believe I should on all accounts be happy with my Godgiven body. However, that doesn't mean I don't want to feminize it. So where does that leave me, and other holistic transwomen who also want to bring out their inner female, but without potentially harmful procedures? The truth is you can become female without procedures, because gender exists almost entirely in our minds. This guide will help you achieve a female existence through entirely natural means. The best part of transitioning naturally is that you do not expose yourself to often irreversible and costly man-made procedures. My definition of transition is closing the gap between how you see yourself and how the world sees you, and this guide provides some insight into this.

The most powerful feminizing force in the world is not estrogen or silicone. It is hypnosis. I'm not talking about the shady "sissy hypnos" and the like from unqualified sources, which prey on insecurities and libido to try to break the viewer into a thoughtless shell of themselves. Legitimate hypnotic audio and binaural beats have the power to alter your body and mind, and although contested in the scientific community I have noticed results personally. Not long after beginning hypnotic breast enhancement I experienced noticeable growth, and likewise experienced good results from consciousness feminization. I also feel more satisfied with my breasts at their present size.

Hypnosis is a critical tool for becoming female. It can change your perception of yourself, which is possibly the most important part of transition. If you truly see yourself as a female, then you will project this naturally and others will be receptive. It can give you the confidence you need to live as a woman. Changing your mind into a female one is the most important thing you can do to feminize, and it will make all further feminization steps come naturally and effortlessly. Because of the liability involved, I'm not going to link specific videos. But as a general rule, videos found on Youtube are more reliable than elsewhere, and have the added bonus of being able to check the (usually numerous) comments for validity. I recommend listening to a combination of estrogen boost/androgen blockers, breast enhancement, consciousness feminization, and overall physical feminization (hips, waist, skin etc), for an hour or two a day and/or while you sleep. If you find it interrupts the quality of your sleep, try only using while awake or for only the first hour of sleep.

There are some notable practitioners that even offer personal hypnotic feminization sessions. I know of one excellent Irish hypnotist that gives in-person hypnotic boob jobs with great results, with an increase of multiple cup sizes.

Hypnosis most likely won't cause drastic physical change, but that doesn't matter because it changes your mind. It can make your mind see your body as perfectly feminine, even if you have permanent issues like I do with my height and shoulders. If you can achieve this mindset than all other feminization is just icing.

The next thing I recommend for natural feminization is herbal estrogen. This is also contested, but the majority of info online seems to point to effectiveness. Personally, I take fenugreek, wild yam, saw palmetto and fennel, all herbs that contain herbal estrogen (phytoestrogen) and have a history of use in natural breast growth. I take slightly more than the recommended dosages on the bottles, because I am a larger person. Black cohosh is another herb usually grouped with these, but I avoid it because of potential negative side effects. I also do a fenugreek breast massage once daily, something also lauded on the web. I have only started herbal estrogen recently, but feel like it is having a slight effect. I also eat an estrogen-rich diet heavy in soybeans and flaxseed, the two foods that contain the most phytoestrogen. I find that I have to "force it" considerably less, and act female more naturally since I have begun taking herbal estrogen.

Another incredibly important component of natural feminization is having a healthy lifestyle. As a man, you probably did not care much about being healthy beyond superficial vanity, if even that. You may have noticed that women have a different approach, i.e. we are obsessed with health and wellness. This manifests in a number of ways.

Women devote significantly more free time to physical upkeep than men, and you should too. This means taking frequent exercise, both cardio and weightlifting for around an hour a day, six days per week (if you are in Your 20s, 5 days if older). But you must not lift indiscriminately. Lighter weights and higher repetition will achieve the toning effect we're after without adding bulk. When using a machine or free weights, each repetition should strain you but not drain you. If done correctly, a biological male can be extremely fit but still curved and dainty. When combined with a high fiber, low carb organic diet this will have a wonderful effect on your body, and improve your mood as well as your self-perception.

Another aspect of the female focus on health is skin and hair care. I use the following in my beauty routine: facial cleanser with microbeads, exfoliating synthetic sea sponge, cocoa butter, skin tight/pfb vanish/cortizone+moisturizers for razor burn when applicable, aloe, facial moisturizer. I make sure I am fully moisturized and exfoliated at all times. I use the cocoa butter and aloe on my body, scrub moisturize my face daily, and exfoliate my entire body with sea sponge every 2 days. This creates a wonderfully smooth, feminine feeling, and softens the skin considerably.

Hair types vary significantly, so you may have to experiment a bit before your hair is lush and soft. For my hair, which is the super thick, curly jewish kind, I use garnier brazilian smooth shampoo, blow dry while combing, and then put in leave-in conditioner. This is sufficient to make it straight and soft. When my hair is long I also use a straightener, with heat-protection spray prior. Using a silk or satin pillowcase reduces damage/tangling to the hair while sleeping. If you're waiting on your hair to grow out, I recommend melodysusie wigs off amazon. They're only $20, making them essentially disposable and saving your already full schedule from wig care. Most of my pictures here I'm wearing one of them, since I cut my hair for work a few months ago. They're quite comfortable and realistic for the price. However I always advise you to disclose that you are wearing a wig when you meet potential partners online. Honesty is the best policy. Worth note here is that some sources suggest giving yourself a scalp massage for a few minutes a day speeds hair growth, while wearing hats can slow it.

Another natural feminization method is waist training. Using corsets and other shapewear will gradually give you a female hourglass torso. Corsets have the added benefit of lifting the breasts and improving posture while wearing, although I prefer to waist train while I sleep. I sleep in a corset every night. Corsets supposedly also reduce fat in the midsection through passive tension of the musculature.

Cosmetics and physical enhancers such as cleavage creators are also a part of natural transition. However, because they are purely superficial they are less important than other methods here, which are attempts to change the core of who you are. I am still new to cosmetics, so I can't offer much beyond the tons of tutorials out there. Personally, I think you should go for the least amount of makeup possible that hides any beard shadow. Too much makeup will make you look more like a drag queen than a transwoman from my experience. Your face is your face and you should be happy with it even when it's bare. Proper skin care will make your face's baseline youthful and soft, with little to no need for makeup.

In terms of cleavage creators, I have just bought my first silicon adhesive bra. I haven't had much time to play with it, but adhesive bras have recently become the go-to over taping and that one crossdresser bra. People recommend the Nubra but I grabbed mine from Target based on what a reviewer said. It's important to remember that you are becoming female, not just trying to create illusions of female features. I find it is much more comfortable to just be happy with your body as-is than try to jam a square peg into a round hole. If you're truly female others will see that, regardless of the presence of a crack between two breasts. The thing is about cosmetics and artificial enhancements is that they are false, that's not what you really look like. The truth always comes out eventually, and it is all so much easier if your true body is the one you present. This reminds me of a time I was walking down the block in the apple and saw an older, 300 pound transwoman strut by. She didn't try to hide who she was, and she wasn't trying to be passable, but she was visibly thrilled to just be out and about as herself. I picked up on her energy and confidence and it helped me a lot. That's the mentality we need to succeed in our transitions--I am a woman, regardless of all else, and I should not have to live in the dark.

The final natural feminization method I will discuss here is probably the most difficult, expensive and most discussed--shaving. The bane of men and women alike, shaving is also one of the most critical aspects of a natural feminization regimen. I shave my face daily and my entire body every other day (with the exception of my bikini area, which is extremely sensitive). I have significant experience here so I will share my tools, although it varies pretty heavily based on hair type. Those with thin, light hair can probably get away with two passes on the face with any razor and some shave gel, and one against-grain pass on the body. But for those of us with thick hair, I recommend:

Face:
-Thoroughly wet the face, with either a shower or hot towel.
-rinse face with cleanser
-apply a few drops of shaving oil
-lather shave gel with a shaving brush, let sit for a minute. I use any gilette shave gel.
-use a new Bic Comfort 3, it cuts very close, is cheap (about .75 per at walmart) and is the only razor out of dozens I have tried that can actually leave no shadow whatsoever when used correctly. The trans community often touts the Gilette Sensor Excel as the best, I have it and find that it does not give as close a shave, although it is slightly less irritating. Moreover the Sensor Excel is very expensive, around $20 for just the handle and $30 for a pack of 10 blades where available.
-go with grain, then against, then sideways, and repeat until satisfied. Wet face with warm water and relather with shaving brush between each pass. I find diagonal strokes to work best on the upper lip and jaw, but everyone's hair is different. Once you apply shaving oil you can easily feel the direction of the growth. Apply very light pressure, let the razor glide. Pushing hard will just cause unsightly nicks. If you have a persistent shadow, you have to make a number of passes and keep the face wet and warm throughout, but even for those of us with very thick hair it is possible to have no shadow without makeup once you have the expertise.
-rinse with cold water to close pores
-apply moisturizer/aftershave
-chill a while before applying makeup, your face is very sensitive immediately after shaving.

For the body:
-moisturize before you shower. Afterwards, with the exception of the bikini area, lather your body by hand. Just use the Bic Comfort 3 you just used on your face to make a single against-grain pass on your chest, belly, butt, pits, back and legs. I recommend shaving the body after a shower, as it is difficult to get traction in the shower and the evaporating shave gel can make you dizzy. I do not recommend shaving the body without showering.
-for the bikini and inner thigh area, you must proceed with extreme caution. A wrong move or slightly dull razor can leave you with razor burn for weeks or even months. (I find b&c skin tight to be the most effective in treating it. I have tried bump patrol, pfb vanish, and prescription cortizone and it seems to be best). Soak the area in a warm bath for 20-30 minutes. Cleanse, exfoliate gently, then oil and lather as you would your face. Use only a brand new one or two blade razor. Shave with the grain and then against only if you are unsatisfied. Do as few passes as possible. If you have fat on your mound, it might be best to avoid shaving it at all and only trim it with scissors. Having fat on the pubic area increases the risk of razor burn and the heal time.
-rinse with cold water
-apply lotion/aftershave to all shaved skin

Once you have some practice, you should be able to remove every hair from your body in the space of about 15 minutes (except the bikini area which is a whole process unto itself).

I hope you enjoyed my natural feminization guide. Please remember, you will not be able to fully realize your dream of being accepted as female until you believe it yourself. I hope you have the willpower to become what you desire.

A nice bit of information. I have been taking a variety of herbal estrogen for almost a year. I have noticed only small physical changes but big changes in attitude. It has had a remarkable calming effect for me and I'll tear up at the silliest things.
Oh cocoa butter rocks for soften skin. Try waxing or an epilator for hair removal. I was able to permanently eliminate
all chest hair over two years

Thanks for sharing this. Much appreciated. I've been researching natural feminization a lil bit myself. xoxo
