I tend to try to alternative between the series, but it doesn't always work out that way. You can rest assured that the next video is a JOI and it's a really good one. It will be a 54min Breathplay JOI with Morrigan Aensland. I've already received a lot of good feedback on the video.

just keep practicing, it can take months or in some cases even years to strengthen your PC Muscle so that you'll be strong enough to achieve an HFO. If you keep trying you will definitely notice improvement. That's the point of this video, just play it throughout the week and see how thigns are a month or so later, you'll notice a difference if you stay consistent.

I'm doing some mini-series for each of my characters, so there is going to be a mini clench training series with Ashley coming up. For now Lily is going to stick with Squeeze training and there will be more releases in this series in the future.

Ok, that was great. This is exactly what i need to hit the skill floor for your HFO videos. How often should i do this? Not too sure. I will try to do it whenever i shower unless i should ABSOLUTELY not do it that often. Thanks again for making this video, you are a legend!

Thanks for your support! It's up to you what frequency you decide to watch the video, I would say experiment and find what works best for you. You can try everyday or you can try every other day to start and see how that works for you. Over time you will notice a big improvement in the strength of your pelvic floor and that will contribute to achieving an HFO much easier. Thanks again and stay tuned for more!
