artworking with my hands mostly. I like to be able to start with nothing and after subtle manipulation turn out the most beautiful or disturbing creations given my mood or atmosphere in which I work. I have oftentimes found myself enthralled by music or the elegance of my surroundings whether it be the enrapture of an enchanting woman, an fragrance, a beautiful melody, or a nearly forgotten memory resurfaced. I love the outdoors and the call of a large bonfire. there is nothing quite like the beckoning of fire. I love the adrenaline rush of driving and living fast and at the moment. while I have an artist's eye, I was never really the one to carry the and take the picture if you know what I mean. I was too busy doing to worry. because I am a comic book artist I am a great admirer of my peer's work and always have been and always will be. I guess that makes me somewhat of a dork or nerd. but to me, that is something extremely relevant and telling in stories. something to be shared and gain

I have really eclectic tastes when it comes to music. I like a lot of early 90's hip hop and underground music. my all-time favorite band is Nirvana. I have lyrics from "All Apology" tattooed around my wrist that I did myself when I was working in Arizona as a tattooist to remind we are always who we are, we never escape ourselves. as I said I have weird tastes; so depending on what I'm working on, you could find me listening to Charlie Parker one minute, Charlie Daniels the next, and Esham after that.
Livros favoritos:
I'm a recovering addict and . I'm also bipolar. so I'm fascinated by books written in these fields. anything having to do with psychology or recovery or self-help, philosophy; that stuff's usually right up my alley. I'm also into classical literature, poetry, gender studies the marquis de sade and eroticism. my all-time favorite graphic novels are Kingdom Come, Earth X, and the Watchmen. All of them deal with the concepts of what happens when the heroes abandon us or turn their backs. they all came out at times when our country was facing crisis, and I personally feel like if more people would have read them and opened themselves up to the idea that not all wars can be solved through and we wouldn't find ourselves in the cultural climate we are in today.
