This is the way I like and use the most to keep my glans exposed all day and night long. Notice that I have long foreskin and also long frenulum which helps a lot.

Doesn't it slip right back again? I don't want to have it cut off, but this never works for me, for very long.

Remove the frenulum it will stay back on its own
