Yeah you gotta set up a detector block connected to a piston in front of where the bamboo will grow, then a water channel leading into hoppers either side of the sand that the bamboo is growing on, so the detector will detect when the 2nd block of bamboo grows (not the bottom one otherwise it won't regrow), the detector will detect a block change, the piston will activate and destroy the sugarcane, which will then hopefully fall into the water stream and into ur hopper. Add more for more sugar🙂
