Hey buddy, I can tell you work out but you have no nut and that’s an issue. I’m assuming you’re taking Creatine Isolate along with normal supplements. Unfortunately Creatine absorbs a LOT of water so this can lead to dehydration and based off the lack of nut you need to up your intake. I have to drink two gallons a day so I don’t cramp. Also look into electrolyte supplements if hydration is an issue.
