Protip: you can cook your pasta in vegetable stock and a couple quarters of lime/lemon (based on preferred taste) and ginger. If you want to get real fancy you can swap the lime/lemon and ginger for oranges.

My Secret is I use A LOT of water to boil them in. I proclaim them ready when I test one and it's a bit hard, giving slight resistance when chewing. Final step, I rinse them under clean water to get rid of excess salt. Enjoy!
