It's called Justine de Sade and was made in 1972. There's a slightly earlier version of the same story made in 1969 simply called Justine but it's pretty tame by comparison.

Saw this film years ago. Shame this doesn't include the scene where the girl is tied naked to a tree as 2 huge dogs feast on her buttocks.
