There's a hardcore magazine that's partially "In Color" and black and white called "Lust Afloat" (I believe the image above is from this magazine). I'm looking for scans of the magazine (entire magazine if possible), photos from the shoot, and/or the associated video. From the look of the magazine, it probably came out in the late sixties/early seventies.
