Creating galleries

I've uploaded pics of a blonde in stockings getting DP'ed by her husband and his best friend - it's spread over 3 galleries but some of the photos aren't in the correct order as there doesn't seem to be any way of controlling the order of the photos as they're uploaded, unless I'm doing something wrong?
