Shower using a luffa glove or exfoliating soap.
Slowly but firmly completely rub down you whole body to remove the dead skin.
Rinse using a soft hand glove.

Gently dry yourself with the softest towel you have.
Finally use a light oil such as almond oil to give you skin a peachy smooth touch.

Dim the room lights, conducive to a relaxed atmosphere
Now lie down on your bed naked.
Cover yourself with a light bed sheet if the room is chilly.

Raise and cross your hands to your head.
Play with your hair moving down the forehead.
Trace circles on your eyelids and cheeks.
Follow the outline of your nose.
Trace your lips.
Circle and play with your mouth gently.
Move down along chin and throat.

Reaching you chest, circle your breasts from the outside towards the nipples.
Make spider fingers moving up the breasts to the tip of the nipples, pinching and pulling lightly.

Stroke the stomach from below to the chest to the pubis, in circles from the inside to the outside and then back ending at the navel.

Now rest fully, one hand to the side, the other on your lower pubis.

You can optionally slowly stroke it, making circles to part its lips and moving ever so lightly down from the tip of your clit across the mouth of the vagina all the way to your rosebud .
Press it gently and then move back up.
Orgasmic climax is not the objective here.
Sensual feeling is.

Stop and let go completely.
Let the pleasure and enjoyment fill you.
