After I had my last c***d back in 1989, much to my dismay my body weight was heading in the wrong direction..By 2005 I was close to 14 stone. I knew at that stage something needed to be done.
I went on diets, anyone remember the famous 'Cambridge Diet' tried and failed,done more walking tried and failed.
At this stage I was losing heart,,,,I would go online to sites like this and when I would see a lot of bigger women showing their bodies, it would cheer me up .
I would go out and buy Lingerie, blouses and mid length skirts.
Mark was on my mind and the buying was all for him.
I would go out feeling sexy,while he felt embarressed
But when we got home it was different, he was mad for me.

It was never a thought in our heads to put on line
By 2009 I got the dreaded menopause,,my weight was stable at 15 stone.
