What my Weight has to do with you.
I think I'm fat. Well, my BMI, the world, and my clothes size agree. I want to be not...thin, but pleasantly thick. When I"m pleasantly thick, I'll be able to do the splits again, and I'd like to do the splits oiled up and naked for you :P. I don't feel comfortable showing above the waist from behind. So what I'm asking from you is encouragement. Every week I'll show my weight loss, and a picture, and when I'm down to 200 pounds, I'll do naked photos. completely naked, and oiled up. :) That's 35 pounds, which should take like two to three months at most, as long as I"m diligent. So what I want from you is inspiration, tips, encouragement, and criticism, and of course thanks for your continued support.

So I know this might be coming 263 days too late but if you want some tips here's what I think might help.
1. Food: Main thing that's going to help you lose the pounds is what you eat. Pretty much just stick to cerials, fruit + vege, meat, fish etc. Most foods are alright so long as its not deep fried or high in fat. Afterall, you are what you eat.
2. Workout: Try workout at least every second day of the week. If you want to lose weight stick to walking/jogging. Make sure you really break a sweat. If you want to tone your muscles then as a homework out do some squats, planks/bridges, pushups and crunches. I can't tell you what works best in gym, I don't have a membership.
3. Rest: Make sure you get enough sleep/rest between workouts so your muscles are able to repair and buildup.
. Food: Remember abs are made in the kitchen not in hte gym. Controlling your diet is the key.
Checklist:
- Eat healthy, less carbs + less fat.
- For muscle gain up the protein in your diet.
- Exercises for weight loss: jogging/walking.
- Exercises for muscle: pushups, crunches, dips, squats.
- Dont do every workout on back to back days. Need rest days for muscle repair + growth.
