Is emotional pain as bad as death?

Isn't it funny how Emotional pain can just crush us and and leave us beaten down , For some they can walk with their heads held high and not a care in the world , these to me are the people whom are going through the worst pain they've stood on their problems and jumped and stomped the problems until they are walking on them problems .

Well.......That's great until a thread or a portion of that fabric of the problems that you've stomped and kicked down becomes unraveled or that thread gets snagged on, a thing called life, Like a rusty nail that hides in the dark and waits for something to get caught on it. You cant stand on them problems you must face them head on and deal with them as they hide in the nooks and crannies , and have to admit the
problems exist and deal with them 100% honestly and truth.

I always thought the loss of a c***d would be the worst loss of all... the parents or family never recover from such loss.That type of pain changes people , and yet there are people out there who have k**s who could care less of their lives,these people they chose this pain.I noticed that in Emotional loss it feels like the death of someone and its pain not chosen its thrust upon you like its a sudden death.A fatality,where we are left reeling scratching our heads for closure but in this there is no end it just drifts like a leaf from a tree, and not knowing where its going to land.
